A Michelin-starred four-hands dinner celebrating gastronomic excellence and solidarity
In the refined setting of the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan, an exclusive event organised by Fondazione Francesca Rava NPH Italia ETS with the solidarity participation of the Michelin-starred chefs Pino Cuttaia and Enrico Bartolini, who signed an extraordinary four-hand dinner capable of transforming every course into an experience of excellence.
The event brought together guests, partners and supporters for a highly meaningful evening, the proceeds of which were donated to the Saint Damien Hospital in Haiti, the country’s only paediatric hospital, which is committed every day to assisting children in extremely vulnerable conditions.
Adding to the atmosphere of the evening was the presence of Rajae Bezzaz, patron of the Foundation. One of the most moving moments of the dinner was the testimony of doctor and volunteer Giangiacomo Nicolini, who shared with guests his first-hand experience at the hospital in Haiti.
The gastronomic experience began with an aperitif in the foyer accompanied by a welcome champagne offered by NERO Lifestyle, during which guests enjoyed several iconic creations by the chefs, followed by a seated dinner where the two Michelin-starred chefs alternated courses that delighted those in attendance.
Among the highlights of the evening was the charity auction, which also featured NERO Lifestyle, offering an exclusive stay for two at the NERO Lifestyle partner property Leonardo Trulli Resort, including breakfast and spa access, as well as an exclusive NERO Lifestyle Champagne Rose De Damas. During the evening, guests also received a special gift bag containing a €200 gift card to be used at properties in the collection, a complimentary luxury car rental voucher from Primerent, as well as gadgets and informational materials provided by the partners.
