Once a Greek settlement, later a Roman villa, a medieval monastery and a fortified masseria, today Relais Histò preserves and celebrates the traces of its millennia-old history, blending archaeological heritage, architecture and rural luxury. Its 48 rooms and suites, located between the 18th-century noble residence and a more recent wing seamlessly integrated into the complex, feature original cross vaults and local tuff stone walls, reinterpreted through a refined, contemporary design.

Completing the experience is a SPA spanning over 1,700 sqm and a gastronomic offering that celebrates Puglia through local ingredients, produce from the kitchen garden and traditional flavours reinterpreted with a contemporary touch.
