Forbes CEO Awards 2025: Milano celebrates ltalian leadership
On Wednesday, December 3, the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan hosted the eighth edition of the Forbes CEO Awards, the annual event through which Forbes Italia, in collaboration with Fiera Milano, celebrates the most visionary, bold and influential figures in the Italian economic landscape. The CEO Awards represent a high-level recognition granted to executives who have distinguished themselves for leadership, innovation and their contribution to the national productive system.
The evening concluded the CEO Italian Summit, organized by Business International – Fiera Milano, a forum for dialogue between industry, institutions and innovation that, year after year, outlines the direction of the country’s economic future.
The event opened with welcome remarks by Alessandro Rossi, Editor of Forbes Italia, followed by an address from Nicola Formichella, CEO of Forbes Italia, who emphasized that the awards do not celebrate individual achievements but rather vision: courage, determination, inclusion and the ability to generate innovation and progress. Andrea Sozzi, Group Business Development & International Director at Fiera Milano, highlighted the importance of the collaboration with Forbes Italia within the CEO Italian Summit, while Danilo Iervolino, Publisher of Bfc Ai Media, shared the editorial group’s perspective on the transformations currently reshaping the business world, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and innovation.
The evening was moderated by Carola Desimio, Forbes Italia journalist, and featured an intervention by Alberto Antonietti, Growth & Strategy Lead at Accenture, who outlined the role of CEOs in the coming decade: not only adopting artificial intelligence, but integrating it strategically and culturally within organizations.
The ceremony then honored top managers who successfully led their respective sectors, recognizing excellence across key industries such as Food, AI, Logistics, Hospitality, Retail, Automotive, Digital Payments, Sport, Design, Entertainment, Travel, Pharma, Finance, Luxury & Fashion and Engineering. Among the most significant recognitions, the Special Award “Traguardi d’Oro” was presented to Vittoria Guazzini, Olympic cyclist.
The event welcomed approximately 180 guests, and NERO Lifestyle contributed to the overall experience by distributing a gift bag to all participants, containing the latest issue of the magazine, a €200 gift card to be used for a stay at the collection’s luxury properties, informational materials and exclusive gifts, reaffirming its role as a partner in high-profile events and networking opportunities.
